ran 3.1 on treadmill
My time to run is varied, depending on Bobby's schedule and the girls. I have to take my windows of opportunity when they are available. Today that window was in the middle of the day, when it was about 85 degrees with the bright sun beating down. I elected to go to the fire station and run on the treadmill.
Ran 3.1 straight. Took a few tiny breaks, of about 10 seconds each, to get a drink so I didn't fall off the treadmill into the concrete wall behind me.
